When it came time to think of a personal, fun gift for our family, I thought collecting recipes from different family members and collating them into a nice box would be perfect.

The only problem was finding the right recipe template that was editable and contained the food categories that we wanted. Most templates I found online required that you hand write them individually which wouldn’t work for my project  as 1) the cards were too small to fit sufficient text and 2) it wouldn’t be feasible to replicate hundreds of recipe cards.

Here’s a digitalized version that is color-coded by food category and most importantly, editable in Microsoft PowerPoint format (ppt) (life saver!)

To protect them from getting wet /dirty  while you cook, you can purchase recipe card sleeves to put your cards in.
