I’m a big fan of illustrators and especially love those whom can make a rather boring map come to life! Emma Block is one extremely talented artist. Emma’s work is inspired by the people she meets in her everyday life, old photos, vintage clothes, travel, 1950s illustration and 1930s jazz. She has worked for clients including UNIQLO, Orla Kiely, Anthropologie, Mollie Makes, Harper Collins, Hardie Grant, Hand in Hand Soap, Blue Apple Books, The British Heart Foundation, Time Out, Woodmansterne, Madison Park Greetings, Hallmark and American Greetings. She has been featured in the publications The AOI Images 36, Illustrating Children’s Books and the Lost in London Book.
I love her style of illustration and would love to work with her one day! 🙂
