- EDSRDXS UV bonding glue contains two selected bonding function UV glue (soft touch & hard touch), each of which is 0.7 oz, 20ml. It is a low-viscosity, high-strength and UV-curable modified acrylate adhesive that can be used for welding between glass, metal and plastic. To ensure that the black light is fully irradiated, one of the two surfaces to be bonded is transparent material.
- UV super bonding soft touch provides excellent adhesion to plastics, specially used for bonding PC, PMMA, PET and PS (Not including PP), also for bonding plastics with glass and metal. UV super bonding soft touch has a viscosity of 450 to 550 CPS, and is transparent colorless liquid. It can withstand extreme temperatures of -22°F to 275°F (-30°C to 135°C). Under the black light, it can be cured within 30-40s and stay clear, never turns yellow.
- UV super bonding hard touch is transparent light yellow liquid, excellent for bonding between glass and metal, glass and glass. It has a special engineering viscosity of 300 to 400 CPS, which provides better adhesion on relatively narrow fracture surfaces. UV adhesive 350 can work at extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 194°F (-40°C to 90°C). It can be cured within 60s under the irradiation of black light.
- EDSRDUS UV bonding glues are made of high-quality environmentally friendly materials. There is no strong odor before curing, and it disappears after curing. This product is sensitive to light and heat, so it needs to be stored in a cool and dry place below 77°F (25°C). Product shelf life is 12 months.
